When you hire from BellAir Nights, you hire the opportunity to escape the mundane every day, and have a fun and stylish outdoor experience; from back garden gatherings to parties of all kinds, and luxury sleepovers. 

We event provide a ‘blank canvas’ option, that can be decorated to your exact specification and tastes, and we have a large selection of decorations, furnishings and beds – all offered with no sneaky hidden additional costs.

• For 4m bell tents we require a minimum area of 5.5m to set up.
• For 5m bell tents we require a minimum area of 6.5m to set up..

The area of the tent needs to be set up on grass, guy lines can run into flower beds if space is tight.

Tents cannot be set up under trees or overhanging branches due to the damage they cause to the tent canvas.

Artificial grass – it is sometimes possible to set up on artificial grass. This depends what is underneath. You must be aware that the tent pegs will puncture the grass and membrane and you will be asked to sign a disclaimer to say we are not liable for any damage.

• 4m bell tent – sleep Up to 6 max with 1 double and 4 singles or 6 singles
• 5m bell tent – sleep up to 8 max with any combination of double or single beds
• Please note the capacity of beds at max leaves very little floor space & this should be took into consideration when booking depending on the purpose of hire.    

Our pricing includes free delivery and collection within 25 miles of Rotherham. Anything outside this a delivery charge may apply but this will always be confirmed to you when we quote and prior to booking.

Bookings can be secured via direct bank transfer, PayPal or cash. or you can go to our social media accounts on Facebook or Instagram where you can direct message us about booking.

A £50 deposit is required on all bookings per tent to secure the chosen date of hire and the remaining balance paid on the day of hire.

weddings & festivals deposits work the same as a standard hire but the balance paid the day before the hire date.
